FARM INFORMATION:  Selling will be 76.97 acres, (more or less).  FSA shows current tillable at 72.7 acres.  Corn base is 36.8 acres with a 104 bushel direct yield and 137 bushel CC yield.  Soybean base is 35.9 acres with a 38 bushel direct yield and 46 bushel CC yield.  CSR rating for entire farm is 63.26 according to Lyon Assessor.  Current taxes for the farm are $1,368 per year.
