Osceola Assessor shows the overall CSR rating at 66.15. FSA shows 38.5 tillable acres with 19.6 acre corn base, 114 DY and 140 CC yields. Soybean base is 18.9 acres with 36 DY and 43 CC yields. Current taxes are $624 per year. Farm #2 – West 110.87 +/- AcresABBREVIATED LEGAL: “West 120 Acres, EXCEPT building site, in SW ¼, Section 21, Horton Township” FARM INFORMATION: Selling will be 110.87 acres, more or less.
